Role Overview:

The Product Consultant plays a crucial role in leading implementation projects, providing support during pre-sales, discovery, analysis, and configuration phases. This position requires a deep understanding of customer needs and the company's platform structure to facilitate effective solutions. The consultant will guide the team in delivering user stories that inform implementation and quality assurance activities for each sprint. Collaboration is key, as the Product Consultant will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure all needs are met, reporting directly to the assigned Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire comprehensive product knowledge and achieve internal certification for the platform.
  • Lead a team of Associate Product Consultants and Business Analysts, providing guidance on best practices and collaborating on essential tasks.
  • Coordinate efforts between Scrum Delivery Teams, Quality Assurance, and Product Development teams, focusing on customer requirements and project management.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for customers and delivery teams, addressing inquiries, requests, configurations, and issues related to the product.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure optimal product utilization and implementation.
  • Demonstrate initiative in conducting research and gathering necessary data during the Product Configuration and Build Stage.
  • Collaborate with the Product Development team on user stories and validate their work through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as needed.
  • Maintain and update functional test cases for features and functions with each sprint and release.
  • Identify issues, perform necessary analyses, and draw conclusions with minimal guidance.
  • Engage in configuration activities within the product through the user interface.
  • Analyze large datasets and documents, including data models, with limited guidance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
