Join Our Team: As a Laboratory Technician at Children's Medical Group, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and processing blood samples, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring efficient laboratory operations.

About the Position:

This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM with 1-hour lunch, and Saturdays from 9AM-12PM. You will be required to rotate solo on Saturdays. The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,750 based on industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sample Analysis: Analyze blood samples to determine if they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information and test results.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order and manage laboratory supplies to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other laboratory technicians and medical staff to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Phlebotomy certification and strong analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with computer software and office equipment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
