About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Blood Specimen Collector and Representative to join our team at Synectics Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect blood specimens from patients in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Interact with patients and provide them with clear information about the collection process.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of specimen collections.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., medical assisting, phlebotomy).
  • At least 3 years of experience in phlebotomy, with a focus on pediatric and geriatric collections.
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $43,000 - $55,000, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
