About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Phlebotomist to join our team at All Medical Personnel. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting blood and other specimens from patients for laboratory testing. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect blood and other specimens from patients using sterile techniques
  • Label and transport specimens to the laboratory for testing
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of test requisitions
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and medical staff

Requirements:

  • Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state where you will be employed
  • Minimum of 6 months' work experience performing venipunctures in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting
  • Reliable transportation with at least 4 years of licensed driving experience and possess a valid driver's license issued in the state of residence
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • High School Diploma or GED
