Overview:

We are actively hiring for a Sales and Service Specialist position at Tristate Financial Network. This is a commission-only role with no experience necessary. We provide ongoing training and support to help you succeed in this position. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their financial goals and objectives
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

- Enthusiastic about winning and helping people succeed
- Coach-able and accountable with a reliable transportation method

Compensation:
- Estimated annual salary: $45,000 - $65,000
- Commission-based bonus structure

Location:
Remote work available, but occasional travel may be required.
