Job Description:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to fill the position of Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Program Director at The University of Texas at Arlington.
About the Job:
- The successful candidate will provide leadership to the PNP-AC program, including mentorship of faculty and students, involvement in curricular redesign, and evaluation of program outcomes.
- Candidates should have a doctoral degree in nursing (DNP or PhD) or related field, an unencumbered RN license in Texas, and experience as a PNP-AC with 2-3 years of direct patient care experience.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong teaching background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
