Job Summary:
The Nurse Practitioner for Dialysis Care will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients undergoing dialysis treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitoring patient responses and adjusting plans accordingly.
- Conduct regular patient evaluations, documenting progress and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements and company standards.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 9 months experience as a Registered Nurse, with a strong background in nephrology nursing.
- 6 months of acute dialysis experience is preferred.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse and certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- CPR BLS certification and commitment to ongoing professional development.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
