Job Title: Nurse Practitioner - Medical Director in Post-Acute and Long-Term Care

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to serve as a Medical Director in post-acute and long-term care settings at our Nursing and Rehabilitation Centers located in Maryland and Virginia areas.

About the Role:
  • Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, flexible hours.
  • Leadership role in a collaborative team consisting of the Medical Director, Attending Physician, and Nurse Practitioner.
  • Extensive training and quality assurance feedback for our medical providers.

You will oversee the delivery of clinical guidance and patient care in post-acute and long-term care settings.

You will lead a team of Nurse Practitioners and other medical professionals to admit, round on, and discharge short-term rehab and long-term care patients at our partner Skilled Nursing Facilities.

You will ensure compliance with all facility and Five Star Physician quality initiatives.
