About the Role

ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Associate to join our team at our Secure Residential Treatment Facility (SRTF) in Junction City, Oregon. As a Residential Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions for adults with serious mental illness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions for clients
  • Perform housekeeping and prepare meals
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with the direct care team to provide comprehensive support services

Requirements

  • Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration
  • Valid Oregon driver's license and a safe driving record
  • Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require frequent talking, listening, and standing

What We Offer

  • A competitive starting wage of $22.00 per hour, DOE/Credentials
  • Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates
