About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Virtual SLP, you will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality therapeutic services to students in need across Texas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide speech therapy services to students in a virtual setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
  • Utilize teletherapy platforms to deliver services and communicate with students and families
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in speech therapy
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Texas State Licensure or eligibility for Texas licensure, as well as the state you will be practicing out of
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP)
  • 2 years of prior experience in school settings
  • Ability to pass a tech screening
  • Teletherapy experience is advantageous, but not required
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
