Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staffing team, you will be responsible for recruiting and evaluating job candidates, developing and managing relationships with our clients, and administering the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates
  • Develop and manage relationships with our clients
  • Administer the hiring process, including recruiting responsibilities
  • Conduct pre-screen and competency-based interviews, phone screens, and scheduling of interviews
  • Utilize our applicant tracking system to keep clients and colleagues up to date on the recruiting process
  • Perform reference checks, background checks, and drug screenings for client employees/candidates
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university preferred
  • 1-2 years related experience preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience is accepted
  • Valid driver's license required; must be willing to travel 15% of the time
