UB Greensfelder LLP is seeking a highly skilled Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist to join its Human Resources Department in the Cleveland office. This full-time position will work closely with other members of the department across multiple HR functions, with the opportunity for occasional remote work in a flexible environment.

Key Responsibilities- Source active and passive candidates for posted staff and attorney roles in the Ohio, New York, and Washington, D.C. region.
- Participate in the interview process, review evaluations, and draft offer letters.
- Partner with HR & Recruiting Manager and Department/Practice Group Leaders to determine hiring needs and establish creative avenues to efficiently fill positions with top talent.
- Establish and maintain relationships with legal search firms and other external recruitment sources.
- Recruit for regional Summer Associate law student programs, including on-campus interview (OCI) process. Participate in planning and execution of summer program, including internal meetings, trainings, and social events.
- Create and conduct new hire orientations.
- Partner with HR & Recruiting Manager on creation of integration teams for newly hired attorneys and staff.
- Stay abreast of trends within the legal market, particularly in regions where the firm has offices.
- At least 3+ years relevant work experience in a law firm or other professional services setting required.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Ability to balance multiple competing priorities in a sometimes fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe required. Basic knowledge of HRIS and ATS systems preferred but not required.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking.
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
