Your Role:
- Operate within a collaborative Nurse-Physician Ambulatory Care Practice Model.
- Provide clinical support to team members and assist in managing a caseload of Breast Medicine Oncology patients.
- Conduct patient assessments and offer symptom management.
- Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care throughout various stages of Breast Oncology treatment and follow-up.
- Engage in the implementation of patient education and clinical support programs to guarantee optimal care throughout the healthcare continuum.
- Participate in a tailored training/orientation program designed for nursing care in an ambulatory setting.
Qualifications:
- New York State RN license and BSN required.
- 1.5 years of relevant medical/surgical experience necessary.
- 2-5 years of oncology experience highly preferred.
- Experience in Breast Oncology is strongly preferred.
Work Schedule:
Full-time, four days a week, 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
Compensation Range:
