Schedule & Requirements

As a delivery driver, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our company by delivering catering orders on schedule and providing exceptional customer service.

Job DescriptionMain Responsibilities:
  • Deliver catering orders to customers on schedule, ensuring punctuality and professionalism.
  • Review orders before delivery to ensure accuracy and complete deliveries organizationally.
  • Maintain and operate the company delivery vehicle in a safe, clean, and efficient manner, following all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service during delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing concerns.
  • Loading & Unloading: Safely load, transport, and unload catering equipment and food items while maintaining food quality and safety.
  • Collect any required paperwork, payments, or client feedback and report it to the appropriate team.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working order and report any issues to management.
  • Handle any delivery-related issues (e.g., incorrect orders, delays) and work with the team to resolve them efficiently.
Position Requirements:
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Previous experience in catering, food service, or delivery. Experience driving delivery vehicles or similar (preferred).

The incumbent reports to the Operations Manager and may receive additional direction from the Product Director.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience driving delivery vehicles or similar (preferred).
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

This position is not responsible for supervising any staff positions.

Salary Information:

$45,000 - $55,000 per year based on experience.
