Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively communicate installer notifications prior to expiration deadlines.
  • Collaborate with field teams to ensure timely completion of necessary documentation.
  • Oversee the ordering and distribution of new badges for installers via the Home Depot compliance platform.
  • Maintain and update the master compliance spreadsheet on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Act as the primary contact for installer compliance inquiries.
  • Collect and organize onboarding paperwork from installers and field teams.
  • Monitor weekly audits conducted by the Home Depot EWR team.
  • Coordinate with the deductions team to reconcile monthly deductions and credits.
  • Manage the renewal of Clopay licenses, new license requests, and Clopay EPA FIRM certifications.
  • Investigate new license requests to determine validity and pursue necessary licenses.
  • Ensure timely renewal of all Clopay EPA FIRM certifications.
  • Administer the Home Depot license portal and Clopay smart sheets.
  • Utilize Home Depot reporting tools (e.g., Vendor Drill / Askuity) for data analysis.
  • Generate ad hoc reports as required by management.
  • Leverage Clopay reporting tools (e.g., Oracle Business Intelligence) to create reporting packages for internal use.

Qualifications:

A four-year degree is required, along with a minimum of two years of relevant industry experience, or over five years of experience in lieu of formal education.

Experience in liaising with government agencies to ensure compliance with permits, licenses, and certifications in accordance with local building codes is essential.

Familiarity with the process of completing license applications for various governmental levels is required.

Knowledge of residential and commercial building codes is advantageous.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is necessary.

Periodic travel may be required.
