Nursing Assistant Position

We're seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our team at the Long Island State Veterans Home. As a Nursing Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents by providing compassionate care and support. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing individualized care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities and responding to their needs
* Maintaining a clean and organized living environment, including housekeeping and laundry duties
* Participating in quarterly in-service education to maintain certification and stay up-to-date on best practices
* Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
