Patient Care Liaison

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Patient Care Liaison to join our team at Norman Urology Associates.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong attention to detail.

As a Patient Care Liaison, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, answering phone calls, making appointments, and ensuring that patients feel welcome and supported throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care by greeting patients warmly, answering questions, and addressing concerns
- Make appointments, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Review and organize patient medical charts for accuracy and authenticity
- Verify patient medical history and insurance memberships for maximum benefit
- Assist with opening and closing the office, including preparing for appointments and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
