Physician Assistant in Home Health Care

At A Path of Care Home Health, we are committed to providing exceptional care and support to our patients. As a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will play an essential role in delivering high-quality services that make a direct positive impact on the lives of our patients.
About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate PTA who shares our commitment to delivering patient-centered care. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in physical therapy, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. As a PTA in home health care, you will assist the Physical Therapist in performing services planned, delegated, and supervised by the evaluating therapist. Your primary responsibilities will include teaching patients and their families/caregivers, coordinating services with other home health care staff members, and ensuring that patients receive well-rounded treatment in accordance with CMS documentation and billing requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Successful completion of a physical therapy education program
- Current license in good standing with the state of Oklahoma medical board
- 1+ years of physical therapy experience
- CPR certification or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of being hired
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
Benefits and SalaryWe offer a competitive salary, estimated at $65,000 per year, based on national averages for a Physical Therapist Assistant in Norman, OK. A Day in the Life of a Physical Therapist AssistantIn this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
