Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute audit engagements, assessing risk and establishing audit objectives and procedures.
- Collaborate with engagement partners and managers to develop comprehensive audit reports and communicate findings to clients.
- Oversee junior auditors, providing structure and mentorship on engagements.
- Perform detailed audit testing, evaluating internal controls and assessing financial reporting accuracy.
- Develop strong client relationships, providing expert advice on accounting, financial reporting, and compliance matters.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification preferred.
- 3+ years of progressive auditing experience within a public accounting firm.
- Thorough understanding of GAAP and PCAOB standards.
- Strong Excel experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring and guiding team members.
