Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
  • Associate's degree with at least 5 years of relevant supervisory experience.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, particularly second shift hours.
  • Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development.
  • Strong understanding of safety and quality regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and computer applications.
