Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production processes and adherence to quality standards.
  • Lead and motivate a team of manufacturing personnel, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall plant performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., engineering, quality, maintenance) to ensure seamless coordination and problem-solving.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of professional industrial background in maintenance and machine operations.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of recent manufacturing industry leadership experience with operations and supervisory responsibilities.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing manufacturing teams and achieving production goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications/Certification
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)
  • Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) certification
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Knowledge of automation and robotics technologies
