Key Responsibilities:- Meet business metrics goals as defined for each cell (Cost, Quality, Delivery, Environmental Health and Safety, CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence), Employee Fulfillment)
- Ensure all quality related items for multiple cells or a complex cell are complete and documented to meet established quality standards
- Implement root cause corrective actions in a timely manner to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Implement CORE and Lean Strategies to improve Quality, reduce process time and reduce operational costs
- Ensure that all employees adhere to Environmental, Health and Safety procedures
- Guide cost reduction and process improvement in multiple cells or a complex cell to ensure efficiency of operations and cost effectiveness
- Supervise activities for materials and logistics problem resolution for multiple cells or a complex cell to ensure availability of materials and smooth operations
- Interface with customers to understand customer needs and issues and ensure that the customers receive satisfactory standards of service
- Demonstrate commitment to the EH&S (Environmental Health & Safety) program by complying with all policies and procedures, completing all required training, and supporting all applicable committee activities
- Define and Implement plans to support the objectives of the business including Quality, CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence), Employee Fulfillment, and Financial Metrics
- Bachelor's degree and 2 or more years' experience in an engineering, machining, manufacturing, operations management or quality environment or an Associate's degree and 4 or more years' experience in an engineering, machining, manufacturing, operations management or quality environment
- In absence of a degree, 6 or more years' experience in an engineering, machining, manufacturing, operations management or quality environment
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

We offer a competitive salary range of $77,000 USD - $163,000 USD, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
Additionally, you may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
