This role serves as a champion and advocate for the brand, ensuring that all communication initiatives resonate with stakeholders and bring the brand to life.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team in launching innovative initiatives that drive profitability.
- Lead the creation of compelling customer presentations, aligning marketing strategies with immediate and long-term business objectives.
- Organize engagement activities that highlight new products and services.
- Collaborate with the Regional Marketing Manager to discover new marketing opportunities, propose actionable plans, estimate costs, and oversee project completion.
- Manage and enhance website content and functionalities.
- Conduct on-site market research initiatives, including surveys and digital assessments.
- Analyze market research, campaign outcomes, and consumer trends to develop actionable strategies that enhance service offerings.
- Support the formulation and execution of the client’s brand strategy.
- Design targeted traditional, digital, and social marketing campaigns, measuring their effectiveness and sales impact.
- Update and manage marketing materials, coordinating print production as necessary.
- Foster innovation through technology by providing strategic marketing plans and implementation support across various platforms, including digital screens and mobile applications.
- Execute, measure, and track participation in vendor partner programs.
- Build and maintain essential relationships with clients and local communities.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in content creation, including blogs, press releases, internal communications, and social media posts.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Strong design and branding acumen.
- Proficient research, project management, and analytical skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe applications.
- Excellent project management capabilities with a proactive approach to all tasks.
