Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator - Brand Ambassador will work closely with the onsite Operations team and Corporate Marketing team to bring Aramark's and our client's vision and mission to life.

This role is a champion, guardian, advocate, and ambassador of the brand, collaborating with key stakeholders to coordinate, organize, and execute all communication initiatives.

The coordinator will provide support on all local engagement activities, including written and verbal communication, events, learning programs, and community events.

• Support the operations team in executing innovation launches that drive profit growth.
• Lead the development of creative customer presentations, centering all marketing efforts to achieve immediate and long-term business goals.
• Coordinate engagement activities showcasing new products and programs.
• Work with the Regional Marketing Manager to identify new marketing opportunities by category, recommending actions, planning projects, estimating costs, and managing projects to completion.
• Manage website content, enhancements, and further development.
• Execute on-site market research initiatives, including intercept and digital surveys.
• Provide market research, campaign results, and consumer trends, and put together action plans to further strengthen our services program.
• Support the development, implementation, and execution of the client's brand strategy.
• Design location-specific traditional, digital, and social marketing campaigns; measure the effectiveness and sales data for each initiative.
• Update and manage content of marketing materials and coordinate print production when required.
• Drive innovation via technology, providing a strategic marketing plan, and implementation support for multiple platforms, such as digital screens and mobile applications.
• Execute, measure, and track participation for Aramark vendor partner programs.
• Build and maintain core relationships with clients and local communities.
• Support other Aramark locations as required.
