Position: IT Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver initial technical assistance for desktop and network devices while offering fundamental training on network operations and office software tools.
• Assist end-users with general office applications, including troubleshooting and resolving access issues to various external systems such as mainframes, servers, applications, internet, and email platforms.
• Follow the escalation process to address and resolve technical and administrative challenges effectively.
• Oversee the inventory of equipment to ensure seamless business operations.
• Ensure compliance with established standards and policies regarding the use and maintenance of network and IT hardware and software.
• Support hardware and software upgrades, operating system patching, and the provisioning of user accounts and system access.
• Develop and maintain documentation and operational procedures for the site.
• Provide advanced support for other locations requiring assistance.
• Engage in workgroups and project management activities as necessary.
• Execute related tasks as required.
• Create and update tickets in the ticket management system.
• Participate in mandatory meetings.
• Standard working hours are typically Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with after-hours or on-call support via mobile phone as needed.
