D'Addario Automotive Group is seeking a Full-Time Lead Service Consultant to enhance our GM team and contribute to the growth of our Service Department. Previous experience as a Service Consultant is essential.

Compensation: $65,000 - $115,000 (Based on Experience)

Role Overview: As a Lead Service Consultant, you will assume additional responsibilities while acting as the primary point of contact between our clients and our skilled technicians, ensuring a seamless and positive service experience. We are looking for candidates with prior dealership experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver friendly and professional customer service both in-person and via phone
  • Schedule service appointments and manage incoming calls
  • Understand customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
  • Create repair orders detailing symptoms, problems, and technician findings, obtaining necessary authorizations
  • Verify warranty and service contract coverage
  • Review vehicle inspections provided by technicians
  • Prepare detailed estimates and explain the scope of work to customers
  • Recommend and sell additional services to enhance vehicle performance
  • Close repair orders and ensure accurate billing
  • Keep customers updated on repair status
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores (monthly bonus available for achieving goals)

Basic Job Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in computer use and quick to learn new software
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record
  • Satisfactory background check and drug screening required prior to employment
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Service Consultant required.
