We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Generator to join our team at Complete Staffing. As a Lead Generator, you will be responsible for generating new business leads for our sales teams by contacting school district purchasing departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to school district purchasing departments to pitch our services and generate new leads.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in these departments.
  • Conduct thorough research on potential clients to identify their needs and tailor our services accordingly.
  • Meet or exceed daily call targets, with a goal of making around 100 calls per day.
  • Work closely with our sales teams to ensure seamless handoffs and maximize conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with key decision-makers.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed daily call targets.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $25-27 per hour.
  • A regular schedule of 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday.
