Job Description

Erika Wallace - State Farm Agent is seeking a highly organized and efficient professional to support insurance agents in gaining and keeping customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate customer service, and using a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Use a consultative approach to educate customers about insurance options and help them make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with insurance agents to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals.
Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in sales or customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to obtain Property and Casualty License and Life/Health License.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
