Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at Execu Search of Chicago. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving physician and patient identification, market development, and brand awareness within their assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a territory strategy to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and other key stakeholders to maximize sales potential.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment across commercial, compliance, legal, market access, and patient care centers.
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive patient identification and market development.
  • Execute programs, in-services, and in-office presentations to educate healthcare professionals and drive sales growth.
  • Monitor and report territory-level market dynamics and trends to management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Science degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive and successful business experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in Cardiology and understanding of relevant legal and regulatory environment.
  • Successful track record in pharmaceutical sales and experience driving, leading, and delivering upon territory-level cross-functional business planning.
  • Ability to travel 60% of the time, with some overnight travel required.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to live within assigned territory.
