**Opportunity Overview:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Commercial Sales Representative to join our team at D.H. Pace Company, Inc. in Austin, Texas.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with existing customers and aggressively seeking new ones to sell commercial doors and related products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Influence the purchase of commercial doors and related products and services by meeting with decision-makers.
  • Cultivate sales within commercial and industrial buildings, colleges, K-12 schools, municipalities, and hospitals in Austin and surrounding areas.
  • Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards.
  • Provide timely and accurate estimates and proposals.
  • Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years outside sales experience.
  • Experience with Blueprints/Plans and Specs is highly desirable.
  • Must have good time management skills, be organized, and able to multitask.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
