Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in construction product sales and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing customer relationships, and promoting our products to drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve assigned sales targets
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING CUSTOMERS AND PROSPECTS
  • CONDUCT ROUTINE SITE VISITS TO DEMONSTRATE PRODUCTS AND PROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE
  • Maintain accurate customer records and reporting data
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer support

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of prior experience in outside sales or a related position
  • 5+ years of prior experience in construction product sales
  • Associate degree in business administration or similar
  • Strong sales acumen and persuasive abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to learn a business and work independently to achieve set goals
