Excavation and Construction Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Excavation and Construction Specialist to join our team at Sarkinen Ground Works, Inc.
Job Overview:This role involves operating heavy equipment, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in construction, underground, sewer storm, or water operations and possess a strong work ethic.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a range of heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, loaders, and haul trucks
- Pipelaying and loading/unloading cargo
- Conducting daily equipment inspections and maintaining records
- Communicating effectively with supervisors and colleagues
- Ensuring adherence to company safety policies and procedures
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
Work Location: La Center, Washington area
Required Skills:
- Previous experience in heavy equipment operation
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
