Madden Industrial Craftsman is seeking an experienced Asphalt Roller Operator to join our team in Vancouver, WA. As a skilled road construction specialist, you will be responsible for safely operating asphalt roller machines and other heavy equipment on our client's projects.

**Salary:** The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $56,640 to $70,480 based on a 10-hour workday and assuming 260 working days per year.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience operating a roller and possess strong mechanical aptitude for preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery. Additionally, a valid driver's license and Class A CDL are highly preferred. We also require completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

**Job Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate asphalt roller machine and other light and heavy equipment
  • Set, control, and watch machine for proper compaction
  • Oversee the loading and transportation of needed materials and equipment
  • Follow safety procedures and protocols
