Patio Cover Construction Lead

Cascade Fence and Deck is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Fence and Deck Foreman. This role requires a high level of expertise in deck and fence construction, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a crew of 2-3 individuals in building custom decks, patio covers, and fences, while working closely with our Project Managers and clients to deliver outstanding results. You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality and timeliness of projects, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of $35-$50 per hour, depending on experience, and provide all necessary tools and equipment to ensure your success. Responsibilities

- No mandatory Saturday work, but available if you want more hours
