We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at Wendy's. As a leader in the foodservice industry, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team of restaurant managers and staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business opportunities and challenges.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in a leadership role, preferably in the foodservice industry.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
