Job Summary:

The Area Sales Representative is a field-based role responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts in the craft beer industry. This position requires a strong understanding of the beer industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including distributors, retailers, and end-consumers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales management and marketing teams, to align sales efforts with company goals.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the craft beer industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the beer industry and its trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
