Medical Device Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Device Sales Representative to join our team at Haemonetics. As an Account Manager for Interventional Technologies, you will be responsible for executing on the strategic and operational plan as directed by the Chief Commercial Officer and Regional Sales Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent our products to new and existing customers, while achieving the sales expectations/quota of an assigned territory.
- Develop and execute on territory business plans in a quarterly quota-based system by implementing sales strategies determined by relevant factors existing and potential factors.
- Direct all training and education planning during account launches.
- Collaborate and coordinate clinical specialist(s) and align the team around the business plan.
Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of medical device market, products, and customers.
- BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred. A minimum of 5+ years of directly related experience in medical device sales strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to establish personal credibility in the targeted territory to create a forum for delivering our message to clinical staff, administrators, and physicians as well as overcoming obstacles.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand for long hours and wear heavy cath lab protective clothing.
Work Environment:
- Hospital, cath lab, physician offices. Travel may be required.
