Position Overview:
As an Audio-Visual Events Production Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the technical aspects of various events, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Directing the entire production workflow, from initial concept through to final delivery and post-event evaluation, covering all technical elements such as lighting, sound, audio-visual equipment, camera operations, and live streaming services.
  • Engaging in a diverse range of events, including corporate conferences, gala dinners, and award ceremonies.
  • Managing the technical design phase, collaborating with team members and stakeholders as necessary.
  • Advising clients on optimal solutions and recommending appropriate equipment to meet their event objectives.
  • Creating detailed production schedules, specifications, and preparation documents for both warehouse and onsite operations.
  • Coordinating with venues, suppliers, and other relevant agencies to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Selecting and managing external suppliers as needed to enhance production quality.
  • Overseeing the setup and installation of event equipment onsite, ensuring operational readiness.
  • Monitoring production budgets from the initial proposal stage through to final reconciliation.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A comprehensive understanding and experience in all facets of technical production, including lighting, sound, camera work, audio-visual technology, and streaming.
  • A valid UK Driving Licence.
