Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the Community Living Center. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and lead a team of healthcare professionals
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on individual needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Develop and implement patient care plans that promote optimal health outcomes
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health literacy and self-management
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
  • Current, active, and unrestricted registration as a graduate professional nurse in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States, or the District of Columbia
  • Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate accrediting agency and accredited by one of the following accrediting bodies at the time the program was completed by the applicant: The Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or The Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE)
  • At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare setting
Preferred Qualifications
  • One year of experience in inpatient or long-term care setting
  • 2-3 years of Long-Term Care/Rehab/Hospice Experience
  • At least one year of experience with Geriatric population
  • Hands-on experience at bedside care
  • Dementia experience preferred
