Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct patient education and health promotion activities
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Current, full, active, and unrestricted registration as a graduate professional nurse in a State, Territory or Commonwealth (i.e., Puerto Rico) of the United States, or the District of Columbia
- Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate accrediting agency and accredited by one of the following accrediting bodies at the time the program was completed by the applicant: The Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or The Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
