Construction Project Manager

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
- Engineering registration or on the path to registration – preferred
- Design and construction document development in site development
- Experience in all aspects of site design including site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, storm water management, and erosion and sedimentation control
- Familiarity with current codes, design guidelines, and storm water management practices
- Familiarity with the construction administration process (RFI's, submittals, and punch lists)
- The ability to self-direct, multi-task and manage support staff
- Strong visual and verbal communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred with experience in Microsoft Office
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
You will collaborate with project stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and budget, conducting site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project viability.
Create detailed design plans, blueprints, and specifications for various civil engineering projects, utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software and other tools to simulate and analyze project designs.
Ensure all projects adhere to relevant local, state, and federal regulations and codes, securing necessary permits and approvals.
Oversee the construction phase of projects, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with design specifications, resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during construction.
