Job Overview

The Site Operations Lead collaborates closely with the General Manager and Area VP to execute strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing operational quality and achieving budgetary goals. This position is crucial in ensuring compliance with safety standards and fostering an environment that promotes growth and sustainability in operations.

Compensation:

$75,000 - $80,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Duties:

  • Make informed daily decisions that involve direct interaction with customers, while also managing high levels of responsibility and coordination.
  • Work in partnership with the maintenance team to ensure all machinery is functional and adheres to safety regulations.
  • Implement and oversee effective safety protocols and accident prevention measures to maintain a secure and productive workplace for all staff.
  • Encourage employee engagement in safety practices by demonstrating a personal commitment to safe operations and proactive communication with team members.
  • Address customer concerns promptly to enhance the overall service experience.
  • Act as a positive representative of the company to foster customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage unexpected service requests, equipment failures, and scheduling adjustments, ensuring timely communication with all relevant parties.
  • Set productivity targets as necessary; ensure compliance with operational standards; and manage labor hours and disposal costs according to established plans.
