Job Title: Surgical Field Sales Consultant

Job Summary:
Brasseler USA is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Surgical Field Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for engaging Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) customers within a specific territory to understand their needs and recommend supply chain and service solutions to establish distribution contractual agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage a specific ASC-focused territory by increasing market share as a primary objective.
• Drive sales of Henry Schein Surgical Products (HSSP) to ASC customers through effective strategy development and account targeting.
• Respond to customer concerns in a timely fashion and take appropriate actions to ensure customer issues/opportunities are communicated to appropriate departments.
• Plan, organize, and implement effective strategies using all company programs, tools, human resources, and initiatives to increase market share.
• Direct sales activities within the territory through the coordination of all team selling assets, including Telesales (UST), Capital Equipment Specialist (CES), and the Mid Market & Up Market Business Development Executive Teams.

Requirements:
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Strong selling skills, communication skills, presentation skills, customer service skills, and negotiation skills.
• Healthcare knowledge preferred but not required.
• O.R. experience preferred but not required.
