Our team is seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Field Specialist to join our field sales team and support the training of surgical and OR staff personnel in the use of our company devices.

The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree in a technical or scientific field and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills. This role will involve conducting in-person meetings with surgeons and support staff to discuss AtriCure technology, training programs, and clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support field sales in the cardiac operating room and related departments
  • Train surgical and OR staff personnel in the use of company devices
  • Guide and support physicians during live surgical procedures
  • Conduct in-person meetings with surgeons and support staff

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in a technical or scientific field
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to travel 20-30%
  • Ability to pass account and hospital credentialing processes
