Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Specialist to join our team at Courtyard Santa Barbara Goleta. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel, ensuring a memorable and unique guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, public spaces, and laundry facilities
  • Deliver exceptional guest service, responding to requests and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve housekeeping skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
