Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Specialist to join our team at Courtyard Santa Barbara Goleta. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel, ensuring a memorable and unique experience for our guests.

As a Housekeeping Specialist, you will be empowered to move about your space and take ownership of your work, delivering exceptional results and exceeding guest expectations. You will be responsible for a wide range of housekeeping functions, including cleaning rooms and public spaces, delivering guest requests, and stocking carts.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about providing a high level of service and ensuring a safe and clean work environment. Responsibilities
  • Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of hotel rooms and public spaces
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and exceed guest expectations
  • Stock carts and maintain housekeeping supplies
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be physically able to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
