Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Specialist to join our team at Residence Inn Santa Barbara Goleta. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel, ensuring a memorable and unique experience for our guests.

As a Housekeeping Specialist, you will be empowered to move about your space and do what needs to be done to deliver exceptional guest service. This includes delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, and other similar responsibilities.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring a safe work environment and following company policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for maintaining confidentiality, upholding quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 to $23.00 per hour, and we offer a range of benefits, including health care benefits, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) plan, earned paid time off and/or sick leave, life insurance, disability coverage, and other life and work wellness benefits.
