We are seeking a skilled Guest Environment Expert to join our team at Courtyard Santa Barbara Goleta. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel, ensuring a memorable and unique experience for our guests.
As a Guest Environment Expert, you will be empowered to move about your space and take ownership of your work. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, and performing other similar responsibilities.
To succeed in this role, you must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. You will be required to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
Responsibilities- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of hotel rooms and public spaces
- Deliver exceptional guest service and respond to guest requests
- Stock carts and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
- Clean and maintain hotel rooms, including bathrooms and kitchens
- Perform other similar responsibilities as required
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
- Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment
