Job Overview

Verbal Beginnings is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a Social Skills Clinical Supervisor. This role will involve creating and implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, providing oversight for specific cases, and working closely with the Social Beginnings Program Director.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement ABA programs for assigned clients, including initial and ongoing assessments, creation of treatment plans, and analysis of program data.
  • Provide supervisory services for ABATs and RBTs working with assigned clients, including training and ongoing clinical and administrative supervision.
  • Collaborate with caregivers and other service providers to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans.
  • Document billed services and maintain accurate records.
  • Attend training and supervision meetings with the SB Manager and SB Director.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Experience working in and developing ABA-based social skills programs.
  • Experience supervising implementation of ABA-based treatment programs by RBTs.
  • Completion of BCBA supervision training.
  • Current state license in Maryland or in process to acquire it.
  • 3+ years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive hourly rate of $95.00 - $105.00 per hour. Paid BACB Supervision opportunities available. Part-time schedule with flexibility to commit to a 2-day or 4-day schedule during the school year.
