Job Overview

Verbal Beginnings is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a Clinical Supervisor for our Social Skills program. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for creating and implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs and providing oversight for specific cases within our community.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field, be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and have experience working in and developing ABA-based social skills programs. You will also have excellent communication skills and a passion for working with children with developmental disabilities.

In this role, you will work closely with our Social Beginnings Program Director and other clinical staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality ABA services to our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that assigned clients' programs are appropriate and effective, documenting billed services, and attending training and supervision meetings.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $95.00 - $105.00, paid BACB supervision opportunities, and a flexible schedule. If you are a motivated and experienced BCBA looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement ABA programs for assigned clients
  • Provide oversight and supervision for specific cases within our community
  • Ensure that assigned clients' programs are appropriate and effective
  • Document billed services and attend training and supervision meetings
  • Collaborate with clinical and field teams as needed for client-specific programming
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience working in and developing ABA-based social skills programs
  • Excellent communication skills and passion for working with children with developmental disabilities
